1. Who we are
TaskNaija connects customers who need everyday jobs done with independent service providers across Nigeria. We are a marketplace — we do not employ providers and we do not carry out the work ourselves.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login safe and be at least 18 years old. One person, one account.
3. Tasks and offers
Customers describe the job honestly and set a fair budget. Providers quote prices they can honour. Once a customer chooses a provider, both sides agree to complete the job as discussed in the app.
4. Payments
Real online payments are not enabled in this version. Any payment shown as TEST or simulated moves no money and does not unlock contact details. Agree prices in the app and do not pay providers outside TaskNaija.
5. Behaviour
No harassment, discrimination, fraud or illegal work. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or receive repeated reports.
6. Liability
TaskNaija is not responsible for the quality of work carried out by providers. Use the ratings, reviews and verification badges to make an informed choice.
